£31,650.00 Hours:

40 hours per week, 06:00 - 14:30 - 09:00- 18:30 rotating.

Flexibility required for 06:00 - 14:30 & 13:30 - 22:00 during peak periods. The primary role of the SAP Key user is to ensure the customer's requirements are translated and reflected in our SAP system. You'll be the contact between IT and the operators who support the warehouse with managing import/export/stock and inventory for our customers. The role is instrumental in the implementation of new customers by testing the process and continuous improvement. Your tasks

Inventory, cycle counting, and stock control overseeing SAP testing - testing customer solutions presented by IT to ensure they work effectively for the customer and the business Problem-solve complex issues that arise in the system Analyse data within the system to identify improvement Implement new customers into the warehouse Report test matrix Collaborate with the SAP team in other countries to ensure alignment Support function for the Operators Present continuous improvement and process optimisation solutions for each client across the business Create and deliver training and development for the SAP Warehouse support team Your profile

SAP Key user (ERP) experience is essential Good PC skills, including Microsoft packages, Power BI knowledge an advantage Experience in liaising with customers, where you have been involved in problem-solving Analytical skills Stakeholder management Benefits:
