Responsibilities:
Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions in large, complex organisations. Utilize strong, 'hands on' skills in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession & Development. Integrate talent modules with the rest of the SuccessFactors suite. Communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client's organisation. Lead a functional workstream, managing workloads and priorities. Plan and run client workshops. Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practices and innovations. Stay up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and have an awareness of other HR technologies. Work flexibly, both onsite and remotely, with UK travel and limited overseas travel required. Experience global deployments and solution delivery across multiple geographies. Qualifications:
Certification in one or more relevant SuccessFactors modules. All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
