This successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring SAP Master Data for New and Existing Finished Goods, Packaging, Trads, OSUPs and POS items are created in accordance with the current industry guidelines and accuracies. SAP Master Data Officer

is the focal point for ensuring that the said master data is accurate and set up in a timely manner to support the needs of the business. Key Tasks

Ownership of the master data set-up process including build-up and specification communication and timescales for all FINI items. Accountable for the correct set up of SaMM forms and packaging Material Masters within SAP. Ensure the Supply Chain Master Data is 100% accurate, updated and measured monthly. Specific Master Data responsibility being, FINI, Packaging, Raw Material, Point of Sale and Goods for resale. Responsible for the packaging specification data within SAP so as to comply with legal (packaging waste) reporting requirements. Administer and control the SaMM Forms ( SA p

M aintenance) for FINIs, Packaging Items and Goods for Resale SKUs (TRADs). Create Source Lists, Info Records and Contracts for Packaging items and co–packed goods, resolving associated site queries. Creation and control of Recipes for Hull and Darwen. Creation and control of Packing Instructions and Determination Records. Key knowledge, skills and experience

Experience using SAP A good working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Experienced in a manufacturing Supply Chain or procurement environment. Manage complexity, detail oriented and highly focused on delivering results. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to identify, analyse and interpret data. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time. About Crown Paints
