business process ownership and stakeholder coordination , focusing on the softer aspects of MDG rather than technology. You'll ensure the right assets, processes, and governance structures are in place to support the programme's success. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver the
Master Data Governance strategy
for the programme. Formalize the organization structure and data governance roles. Secure sign-off for key deliverables, such as Master Data processes, standards, and rulebooks. Collaborate with programme streams to align MDG deliverables with change management, training, and testing efforts. Manage risks, issues, and detailed plans, while reporting on MDG status. Upskill and transfer knowledge to the client team for independent post-go-live operations. Essential Skills: 5+ years of MDG experience. Proven experience in SAP Retail/Fashion environments. Extensive background in business process analysis and stakeholder management. Ability to assess proposals from system integrators to ensure alignment with business requirements.
