My client is embarking on a digital transformation project and is looking for a talented SAP Materials Management Analyst to join their expanding team on their new S4/HANA implementation.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to support, innovate, and transform their Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.

Location:

Remote based role with potential travel to various facilities depending on project requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide SAP P2P/MM expertise for technology initiatives, including S/4HANA implementation. Participate in workshops. Optimize and support P2P processes. Design, implement, maintain, and optimize software solutions. Translate business requirements into IT solutions and functional designs. Develop, test, document, deliver, and optimize SAP applications. Provide functional and technical support to application users. Conduct training, guide testing activities, and facilitate knowledge transfer. Collaborate with other Application Specialists on cross-application processes. Liaise with software vendors, third-party specialists, technical support, and business key users. Flexibility to travel or work shift patterns as needed. Contribute to and review Configuration Rationale documents. Participate in and validate sprint demos. Define and support end-to-end test scenarios. Support functional acceptance and system integration testing. Assist with data migration activities related to SAP MM deliverables. Competencies for Success:

Solution-driven and results-oriented mindset. Conceptual thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent. SAP MM certification(s). Experience with S/4HANA implementation. Strong knowledge of P2P processes. Understanding of business processes and IT architecture. Agile and Scrum development methods and project management. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
