Chilworth Partnership are working with a leading UK Services organisation, based near Portsmouth, in their search for a SAP Payroll Lead. This is a newly created role that will be critical in the SAP Service and Programme; delivering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing SAP functionality.
Reporting to the Head of Department, responsibilities will include: Provide expert level design, configuration, and functional support for the SAP solutions in the SAP Payroll and HCM modules/solutions of ECC6. Design, configure, support, and deliver SuccessFactors ECP and relevant integrations. Configuration of HR master data, wage types, infotypes, payroll schema, and symbolic accounts. Develop understanding of configuration dependencies and integration points between separate functional modules of SAP and SuccessFactors. Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills. You will: Have sound, hands-on SAP Payroll design, configuration, and support experience. Have excellent understanding of business processes and integrations within SAP Payroll to deliver the service. Have integration experience with SuccessFactors and SAP Modules, Project Systems, Timesheets, and HR. Any experience of line management would be beneficial. The business has implemented an excellent long-term hybrid working pattern, with an expectation to be in the office 1-2 days a week.
