Bridal and Couture Product Administrator

to join their Bridal & Couture team in the London Office on a

full-time basis . Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the in-house Product Administrator to ensure seamless data management and order capture. Accurately log all incoming orders into the Orders Master Sheet and ensure smooth order flow between departments. Liaise with Buying, Showroom, and Production Development teams to coordinate the flow of bulk seasonal orders and client re-orders. Create product codes for MTM orders, special productions, and Couture orders using PLMflex. Upload product prices to SAP and manage the generation of SO, STO, and related orders. Manage season opening/closing processes on SAP and perform regular order audits across all stores to ensure accuracy. Support the creation of seasonal selling materials such as selling books, lookbooks, and price lists. Work closely with the PD team and Product Coordinator to ensure rush orders and custom requests are handled efficiently. Provide back-up support to Product Coordinator and Product Administrator as needed. What our client is looking For: Proficiency in

SAP ,

PLM , and Excel; experience creating product codes, raising SO/STO, and OC. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under pressure. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
