What are we looking for in our SAP Project Manager?
SAP S4 centric Project Manager position overseeing overall S4 Technical Upgrade project delivery (including wider lines of service outside of SAP infrastructure). Responsible for managing a project to achieve specified objectives. Involves the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality. Manages scope, schedule, finances/budget, quality, safety, and change management. Essential Job Functions: Assist in managing projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with project teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and contribute to the identification and resolution of issues and risks. Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring. Prepare and support the presentation of project status reports to stakeholders. Engage in continuous learning and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Assist project managers in coordinating project activities. Participate in cross-functional project teams as needed. Basic Qualifications: Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in SAP, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role. Proven experience in project and program management with SAP and S4 upgrades. Proven experience in project and program management with project values £1M+ and team sizes from 5-15 delivery resources. Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software. A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology. Other Qualifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus.
