Position Overview Responsible for ensuring that CRH Europe’s centrally managed SAP strategic templates effectively meet the requirements of the businesses utilizing them. Key Tasks and Responsibilities In this role, you will be: Leading engagement with businesses using the SAP strategic templates. Ensuring that business requirements are understood, prioritized and addressed in a satisfactory and timely manner. Overseeing governance operating models/processes for the strategic SAP templates. Accountable for service and demand management processes. Owning the capacity planning process to evaluate current/future resourcing against workload demands. Managing departmental finances for the Strategic Enterprise Solutions team. Driving user adoption through end-user training and knowledge management services. Key Characteristics Customer focused and action oriented. Analytical and solution oriented. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Collaborative relationship builder. Effective communicator and influencer. Service management skills. Experience in demand & capacity planning/management. Business process awareness/knowledge. SAP functional knowledge. Experience / Education You are/have: Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Multiple years of experience working with SAP.
