is seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic SAP Services and Technical Support Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The Manager of SAP Services and Technical Support will be responsible for the SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and for the team overseeing the SAP Basis Administration, technical support, and system performance for the organization. This role directly impacts our ability to ensure optimal system functionality and implements best practices across the SAP landscape. This role will also be responsible for multiple SAP instances across several regions.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Solution Development Broad understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP technologies and services) Experienced in driving BTP-related topics (developments, guidelines, etc.) in a DevOps and/or agile environment Architect and deliver strategic solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform to meet the unique needs of our clients, enabling them to innovate and transform their business processes. Utilize SAP BTP to develop applications, integrations, and extensions, enhancing business functionality and efficiency. Business and Technology Partnership Build and maintain robust relationships, serving as the trusted advisor on SAP BTP’s capabilities, applications, and best practices. Understand business challenges and tailor SAP BTP solutions to align with their strategic business goals. Thought Leadership Stay ahead of the curve with SAP BTP developments, trends, and innovations. Share knowledge and insights, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. SAP Basis Support and Technical Support Globally oversee SAP Basis activities, including installations, upgrades, migrations, and system monitoring Provide hands-on leadership for Basis administration of SAP ECC6, BW, Solution Manager, SAP Netweaver, SAP Web Dispatcher, SQL Server Database as well as several bolt-on applications and services. Lead a team of 3-4 resources and participate/provide oversight in projects with other consultants in this area. Ensure high availability and performance of SAP Systems. Configure and manage the SAP Transport Management System including migrations of transports. Responsible for successful application of SAP OSS notes, including security note releases and guiding the team through testing. Provide technical support for SAP applications, resolving issues and optimizing system performance. Collaborate with other IT teams to address cross-functional issues. Develop and implement best practices for SAP Basis administration and technical support. Create, establish, and maintain documentation of processes and procedures. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments. Ensure continued successful implementation of disaster recovery plans and ensure data integrity. About You: The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in SAP architecture, including a deep understanding of database management and seamless system integration, enabling them to design and implement robust, scalable solutions. What you’ll need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 10+ years of experience in SAP. At least 5+ years experience with SAP Fiori. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. At least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, database management, and system integration. Expert knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform and its application in business process innovation and transformation. Leadership and project management capabilities, with a history of steering complex SAP projects to success. Exceptional business partner engagement and communication skills, capable of serving as a trusted SAP BTP advisor. Proficient in the latest SAP BTP developments, with a commitment to leveraging technology for meeting business outcomes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
