The Role As an SAP Solution Lead (Payroll & HCM), you will play a key role in delivering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing SAP functionality. You will bring your technical and business process expertise to ensure smooth operations and support for Payroll and HR modules. Key Responsibilities : Provide expert design, configuration, and functional support for SAP Payroll and HCM modules, including SuccessFactors ECP. Support business implementations by leveraging best practices and configuration skills. Conduct user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation of designs. Essential Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, HCM, and SuccessFactors ECP, including design, configuration, and support. Strong understanding of business processes and integrations within SAP Payroll solutions. Integration experience with SuccessFactors and SAP modules such as Project Systems, Timesheets, HR, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, and Procurement & Supply Chain. Security Clearance Candidates will be starting with BPSS Clearance and should be eligible for SC Clearance. Why Join Us?
