SATs Specialist Teacher - Kettering

About the Role As a SATs Specialist Teacher, you will: Deliver focused teaching in English and Maths, tailored to the SATs curriculum. Use your expertise to develop targeted strategies and interventions that drive pupil progress and confidence. Identify gaps in learning and implement effective plans to address them. Collaborate with the Year 6 team to ensure consistency and high-quality teaching across the curriculum. Use data to track progress, monitor attainment, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learner needs.

What We're Looking For We are seeking a SATs Specialist Teacher who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education. Has a proven track record of raising attainment, particularly in Year 6 or SATs preparation. Is passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential and building their confidence. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners. Is eager to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact in a dynamic school setting.
