Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate excellent communication skills. Duties will include: Ensuring properties are secure after viewings. Reporting on any need for repairs or lack of security at properties, returning keys immediately after each showing. Qualifying applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings. Promoting properties and services effectively to achieve targets. Feeding back to the relevant managers/consultants on applicants’ needs and adding notes to our in-house systems. Skills Required: Positive engagement/customer service. Ability to organise and prioritise workload. Attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Full UK Driving Licence.
