SC Cleared DSAT Training Consultant Warminster - Onsite 2 days a week Start Date: 8th February Duration: 20 weeks Inside of IR35 The primary role is to fulfil Collective Training Needs Analysis (CTNA) requirements which may require working alone, working at a customer location or as a team member. A knowledge and competence of deliverables within the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) is critical to ensuring success within the project and representing the client professionally to external customers. Due to the end client, candidates will need to have live SC Clearance. Duties to Include Support CTNA activity. Support the development of DSAT processes and procedures. Develop CTNA outputs aligned to the DSAT quality standard. Conduct training and educational research. Customer relationship management whilst working on programmes. Support the design of training programmes and materials. Support the development of innovative technology-enabled solutions. Authoring and supporting high quality reports which comply with industry standards and Company quality assurance procedures (eg DSAT reports and Bid responses). Mentor staff as required on DSAT and internal company processes and policies. Work on ad-hoc projects or duties as requested. Report any potential areas of concern or conflict internal or external. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exhibit a can-do attitude, adapting to support the client to deliver its priorities. Ensure compliance with administrative and the clients policies, processes, and procedures, promoting their values. Skills/Knowledge & Experience: Live SC Clearance Ability to build and maintain good relationships across the stakeholder spectrum. Intimate knowledge of the DSAT quality standards, including the stages, activities and outputs required. Experience in the production and/or assurance of CTNA reports and products. Experience in developing training materials with a detailed knowledge of JSP 822 & JSP939. Significant experience in designing training using a DSAT compliant methodology. Ability to deal with difficult or challenging situations. If you are available and interested, please apply below!
