Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications to communicate design concepts effectively.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Ensure designs comply with government digital service (GDS) standards and accessibility guidelines.
Contribute to the development of design patterns, standards, and best practices.
Document and present design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
Essential Skills and Experience: Active SC Clearance (Mandatory).
Proven experience as an Interaction Designer within a government or secure environment.
Strong proficiency in interaction design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Familiarity with GDS design standards and accessibility requirements.
Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Desirable Skills: Experience working in an Agile environment.
Knowledge of service design and customer journey mapping.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
