Job Description
Opus have partnered with a large Public Sector vendor who are looking to expand their ServiceNow Centre of Excellence with an experienced technical consultant who is well adept with both development & communication skills. They have an enterprise platform of ITSM & CSM with GRC & Sec-Ops modules recently implemented by a 3rd party consultancy. They have a current internal team of 5 ServiceNow Administrators, BA's & Developers headed up by a Senior SNOW Manager who you will work closely with. This position is pivotal for the upkeep & enhancement of the platform. You will be hands-on with all aspects of development, design, build & deployment on the platform itself, manage new releases & updates as well as liaising with internal stakeholders. What they are looking for: Minimum 3 hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform Advanced End to End ITSM experience is a must Experience & knowledge of Sec-Ops or GRC modules are highly desirable Fluent with Java, HTML, Python coding languages Proven integration experience with REST/SOAP API's ITIL methodologies Excellent communication skills & ability to manage stakeholders Competent with all aspects of development, design & build through projects ServiceNow certified CSA & CAD is highly desirable SC Cleared or eligible to undergo SC Clearance Full rights to work in the UK What they offer: Base salary up to £80,000 Full private medical care for you & the family 25 days holiday (Option to buy more!)
