Iron Mountain are seeking an organised, results driven & dedicated individual to join the Project Delivery Team based, based at Hinton House, Risley as a Data Centre Specialist. Iron Mountain is the industry-leader in Records Management. They provide services that support the Sellafield and Risley contracts including document scanning, transportation, secure storage and document management.Reporting to the Project Supervisor, the Data Centre Specialist will work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a wide range of services, supporting the client’s business needs in the most cost effective and customer satisfying mannerThey will work individually and alongside the team to prep, scan, Quality Check, Destroy and Archive records. Key responsibilities and accountabilities will include: Preparation of recordsScanning of records into Iris PowerscanComplete Quality Checking of records Check and run reports in preparation for archivingIdentification and management of historic records, resulting in refined local processes/management of the records to offsite storage including:Sorting of legacy recordsBoxing of legacy recordsBagging of Legacy records for destructionSupport with ad-hoc demands of the Sellafield Information and Records Management Team.The successful candidate must be a self starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to conduct themselves in a professional and mature manner at all times and adhere to Iron Mountain core values. Full support and training is provided to assist in the multi skilled role.Reporting to the Project Supervisor and Projects Team Leaders, the role will be based on the Sellafield Site and involves providing an accurate and efficient quality service to the Client. This role will require the individual to be adaptable and have a ‘can do’ approach to a multifunctional skilled role within the Records Management Service. The successful candidate will have:The ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teamsA strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritising responsibilities to meet TargetsExcellent communication skills – both written and verbalExceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, agile thinking in a demanding environmentAbility to build and develop successful long term relationships with customers, other teams and departments within Iron MountainAbility to work with minimum supervisionDesirable but not essential for application SC Clearance P4 PassPrevious Experience of the Sellafield SiteProficient in Microsoft Excel & WordCategory: Operations Group
