multi-skilled

CNC Machinist

to join our team, where your skills and passion will contribute to an established team. The Role: As a

Multi-Skilled CNC Machinist , you will: Program, set, and operate conventional and CNC machines, including manual/semi-CNC lathes and CNC milling machines. Work with a variety of materials, primarily stainless steel, to manufacture precision vacuum components and fabrications. Use inspection equipment to ensure the highest quality standards. Read and interpret engineering drawings to plan and execute projects effectively. Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers while taking responsibility for health and safety in the workplace. Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled CNC Machinist HND qualification or higher (preferred). Skills in both manual and CNC lathes and mills. Experience with

Mazak Mazatrol systems

(desirable). Knowledge of CAD (advantageous). Strong organisational and communication skills to foster effective teamwork. Knowledge of vacuum systems, TIG welding, and stress analysis/report writing

are highly advantageous. What We Offer: Competitive Salary:

£35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience). Benefits Package: 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays. Pension scheme and death-in-service cover. Free onsite car parking. Paid overtime (when required). Work-Life Balance: Compressed 4-day work week: Monday to Thursday, 6:15 AM to 4:30 PM.
