We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a thriving firm, growing their client base and a specialist within the security field. Our client manages a large portfolio of commercial properties ensuring site safety is managed and effectively supported.

As the Scheduling Administrator, you will effectively manage the customer and site requirements accompanied with the scheduling of internal engineers to support with queries from a help point of view. This role contains varied responsibilities for the hungry candidate to get stuck into.

If you're a confident communicator with an ability to provide a positive customer experience, this is the position for you.

You will be effectively managing the relationships between our clients' engineers and their customers, managing their workloads and scheduling based upon priority and client requests.

This Scheduling Administrator role will hold the below responsibilities: Managing customer relationships, arranging quotes and relationship management Dealing with inbound customer enquiries The processing and action of work orders compiled by their clients Managing a portfolio of client requests and providing aftercare Dealing with invoice queries and issuing customer invoices General administration duties Handling of complaints in accordance with the agreed escalation process

The ideal candidate for this Scheduling Administrator role will hold the exposure and skillsets below: Previous exposure within an administrative or customer service role is essential Naturally a confident communicator with the ability to build secure relationships A progressive and professional mindset with the want to grow Previous experience with invoicing or customer queries would be advantageous Excellent attention to detail Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook Able to multitask and prioritise workload Full UK Driving License
