Residential Scheme Manager
on a temporary and part-time basis, to join a well-established housing association in the Birmingham area. This is a great opportunity for people-focused individuals who are looking to develop their skills within Housing.
Job Title: Residential Scheme Manager Location: Birmingham Hours: 15 hrs a week Contract type: Temporary Pay: £12 per hour paid via umbrella
As a Residential Scheme Manager, you will be:
Maintaining the appearance of the building Raising any repairs to the correct team Ensuring the building is compliant Supervising and managing the leasehold of the building Acting as the first point of contact between the company and residents Carrying out and recording external and internal block inspections
As our ideal Residential Scheme Manager, you will have:
Basic knowledge of IT skills General understanding of health and safety legal requirements Able to work independently Ability to communicate effectively
This role requires a basic DBS check.
