The school and role A primary school in Bolton is seeking a highly organised and efficient School Administrator with extensive experience in using Microsoft apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's administrative operations, supporting staff, students, and parents. The successful candidate must also have strong interpersonal skills ensuring good communication with parents, visitors, and staff around the school. Previous experience of working in a school is essential. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update databases with accurate student records, attendance data, timetables, and other essential information. Track and monitor daily attendance, liaise with teaching staff, and generate attendance reports as required. Serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies, managing incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. General Administration : Support the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining school records. Essential Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Previous experience in a school office or similar educational setting. What we offer
