School Based Mental Health Therapist – Rum River Special Education Cooperative
Lighthouse Child & Family Services (LCFS) is seeking motivated and caring Mental Health Therapists (or Clinical Trainees) to join our dynamic School-Linked Behavioral Health (SLBH) team. This position will serve students of all ages enrolled in Rum River Special Education Cooperative (RRSEC) schools and would ideally split time between the Cambridge and Milaca campuses. (Duties/Responsibilities) Provide clinical mental health services to students and their families within school district buildings along with in-home and community settings as needed Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy or skills training to students and their families Complete documentation and data collection in a timely manner Demonstrate ability and skills to use EHR system and Microsoft Office products such as Teams and Outlook Multitask and collaborate with colleagues while maintaining the ability to work independently, remain organized and maintain client appointments Attend school meetings and collaborate with school personnel Continue progression towards licensure and follow supervision requirements (if not fully licensed) Light cleaning/tidying up your office space as needed Other duties as needed to support our clients and team What You Need
(Therapist Requirements/Qualifications) An awarded master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Be on the path to LMFT, LPCC, LP, LICSW licensure (or already licensed). A reliable car, driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check facilitated through MN DHS that may include fingerprinting and photo identification. Incentives, Perks and Extras

Certain locations are approved for providers to apply to receive up to $50,000 over two years through the National Health Service Corps Free Supervision:
Available to pre-licensed providers on track to obtain their LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC licensure ($4,000 – $6,000 annual benefit Free Consultation:
Access to consultation groups across several professional interest CEU Allotments:
$300 & 16 paid hours to use towards applicable and required training In-house Trainings:
Access to free live and pre-recorded trainings ($150 annual benefit) Provided Equipment:
Technology equipment, office supplies, and furniture will be provided to get you up and running. Your personal touch will then make the space your own and welcoming to your clients Flexible Schedules:

Five 8-hours workdays Four 10-hour workdays Four 9-hour workdays and one 4-hour workday
In-house Operations Staff:
Dedicated staff assigned to duties such as intake/referral processing, appointment and waitlist management, client insurance and billing management, and credentialing support. Organic Referral Sources:
Receive client referrals from existing agency and community partners. Dynamic Colleagues & Leadership Team:

$24.50 – $32.69 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Job Status:
