We are seeking to appoint a skilled and efficient School Business Manager to join our team. This is a varied and interesting role, as the business manager has responsibility for managing and operating the administrative, personnel, financial, health & safety, and premises functions of the school with support from the school administrator. Ideal Candidate Will Need:

Substantial relevant work experience in managing finances, personnel, health and safety, and premises maintenance. Excellent IT skills and use of SIMS, CPOMs, and School Money is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Excellent spoken, written, and communication skills and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and organisation. Ability to work as a member of a team and support the day-to-day running of a busy school office assisting in a range of clerical and administrative duties. A high level of flexibility and the ability to prioritise your workload, multi-task, and work to deadlines. To be patient, calm, and tactful, always ensuring confidentiality.
