6/S01 scale point 16-25 (£33,417-38,058) This role will be working on a 4-week shift pattern: Week A- 13.30-21.30 (Monday-Friday) Week B- 6.30-14.30 (Monday-Friday) Week C- Monday- OFF, 10.30-18.30 (Tuesday-Thursday), Friday- OFF, 8.45-17.15 (Saturday), 7.30-13.45 (Sunday) Week D- 8.00-16.00 (Monday-Thursday), 10.00-18.00 (Friday) Ideally candidates will have: Previous experience working as a School Premises or Facilities Manager Good knowledge of Health and Safety Knowledge of operation CCTV and alarm systems Strategic planning Experience in managing contracts and liaising with contractors The ability to prioritise Managing lettings Good knowledge of identifying what services, maintenance and repairs are needed IT skills such as using a variety of Microsoft packages Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with staff, pupils and parents Excellent organisation skills Recognised Facilities Management/Building Services/Contract Management related qualification or working towards equivalent NVQ level 4 NEBOSH Health and Safety qualification or equivalent Candidates must hold a Current Enhanced DBS or be eligible for one The establishment is committed to safeguarding, ensuring the safety and welfare of young people.
