School Head Office Finance Administrator Based in Aston, Birmingham £14ph

Your new company A trust of Primary Schools based in North Birmingham is looking for a Finance Administrator to support the finance function for over 5 schools. The role will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, term time only. This position may become permanent for the right candidate and is to start as soon as possible.

Your new role The role will be based at the head office and entail raising purchase orders, goods receipting, investigating finance queries, and liaising with suppliers. It will also include answering the phone and other data input and checking. You will support the schools with chasing outstanding dinner money debts.

Please note that you will be required to visit school sites at times.

What you'll need to succeed You will need to have proven finance admin experience and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. A clear DBS check is required.
