Join our team as a HR Officer at a prestigious Primary School in South London and make a positive impact to student and staff alike! Key Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of employee life cycle and dealing with your own ER Caseload. Responsible for managing the recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff. Organize professional development programs, training sessions and enforce that school policies, procedures, and expectations are met. Work with school leadership to set performance standards and goals. Ensure that the school complies with employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records required by the school or educational authorities. Key Requirements:

Previous experience working as an HR Officer, ideally within an educational environment. Hold a minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy. Ability to prioritise, work well under pressure and work accurately with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build effective working relationships and work well as a part of a busy team. How to Apply:
