About the role: This post is aimed at attracting one of the most successful Science teachers and leaders in the UK who has achieved a prodigious record in Science GCSE outcomes. Its focus will be precise and will require sustained time commitment to one project at a time to drive up standards in one of the academies in the Thomas Telford Multi Academy Trust. Our schools are located in Telford, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and Sandwell. You will be afforded considerable autonomy to develop your vision and objectives. Delivery of the best Science outcomes that students of all abilities can achieve is the goal. Can you create and deliver a plan? Are you able to develop teachers to assist in delivering your plan? Will your plan be standards driven and are you comfortable with external validation of standards being monitored and evaluated? Are you prepared to teach a 50% timetable and allow other Science teachers to observe and share in your teaching methods?
