To provide a full range of clerical tasks using IT skills including spreadsheets, word processing, emails, electronic patient record processes and retrieval of information using a variety of systems. General office administration skills including filing and the management of electronic and paper child health records and telephone duties. To work as part of a team and to carry out tasks set by the line manager or School Nursing Team Leads. Understanding of GDPR, Patient confidentiality, Risk Management and Health and Safety Procedures and guidelines. To process incoming and outgoing mail. Undertake all other work deemed appropriate to the role in consultation with line manager.
