Job Description Record and Monitor student attendance Send letters to parents regarding attendance Make telephone enquiries Work with the SLT to track and monitor attendance Manage student records and data Work with external facilities on lettings of school property Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and students Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures The Successful Applicant A successful School Office Administrator should have: A good understanding of office practices and methods Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and school administration software Strong communication and interpersonal skills A high degree of discretion for both business and personal affairs Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector What's on Offer A competitive salary range of £23,000- £25,000 Part-time hours with term time + 3 weeks work schedule (43 weeks a year) A positive and inclusive company culture The chance to make a real difference within the Not For Profit sector If you're passionate about making a difference and seeking a role with real impact, don't hesitate.
