We are looking to recruit a permanent

term-time Office Assistant to join our busy school office , Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 2.30pm, Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to be part of a friendly, dedicated, fast-paced team where you can make a real difference to our children.

Saxon Primary School is a friendly nursery and two-form entry primary school, with a diverse catchment and a wonderful team spirit. We have a strong reputation for working collaboratively with other local schools and are constantly on the look-out for opportunities to enhance our provision. The right candidate will be joining a strong, professional team of enthusiastic staff who will work alongside you in a supportive and constructive way.

We are looking for the right candidate to join our team. In particular, we require someone who has:

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and switch priorities often

Willingness to undertake a broad range of administration activities

Preferably experienced in working in a school environment

Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level C or above in Maths and English

Hours:

30.75 hours per week, 39 weeks a year. To be worked Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 2.30pm, Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm
