The Role The Gatwick School is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Office Manager to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly improving all-through school. The core purpose is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school office, providing high quality and effective administrative support for the school and school leadership team. Working hours:

The working hours are 37 hours per week, term-time only, plus 3 weeks, based around an 8am to 4pm day Monday to Friday. We would love to hear from you if you:

Grade GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent

Essential NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in relevant discipline or willingness to work towards

Desirable Skills Experience Previous experience working as an office manager in an educational environment

Desirable Current first aid certificate

Desirable Experience of a wide range of administrative functions, including managing a team of staff

Essential Qualifications Business administration qualifications an advantage

Desirable Personal Attributes Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
