We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to play a key role in the delivery of our statutory duties in relation to: School organisation and pupil place planning Sufficiency of specialist places for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities You will take a leading role in assessing, reviewing, and implementing changes to ensure the sufficiency of mainstream and specialist places across Cumberland. The successful candidate must meet the essential criteria outlined in the Post Specification, be a skilled communicator and able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including schools, early education and childcare providers, as well as liaising with other relevant Council services and the Department for Education as required. The successful candidate will be experienced, highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels. Relevant experience in School Organisation, School Admissions and/or Data Analysis would be highly desirable for this post.
