The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both students and staff. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of care and education that we are known for. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the school's support services, including facilities, health and safety, and administrative functions. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations. Support the Headteacher in the management of school resources and budgets. Lead and motivate a team of support staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being of students and staff. Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance the support services provided by the school. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within an educational setting. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
