Post No. EDSCH01918 - School Support Officer - Level 4 - Charles Williams Church in Wales Primary School 37 Hours Per Week, 39 Weeks Per Year The Headteacher and Governing Body at Charles Williams Church in Wales Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and highly motivated School Support Officer Level 4. This will be a permanent post and will commence on or around 20 January 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter. This is a unique opportunity to join a welcoming school community. As a School Support Officer, you will be one of the first points of contact for parents, children and visitors and it is essential that you have a calm, friendly manner and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work calmly under pressure, developing and nurturing relationships with all our stakeholders, manage the administration team, and liaise with the site manager and senior leadership team. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role in a school environment. The appointment process will involve an interview with the Headteacher and a member of the Governing Body and a task. The Governing Body and Local Authority are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Closing Date for Applications:
