September 2025 We require a qualified and enthusiastic teacher of science to join a first-class and well-resourced department. The successful candidate will teach across the full range of sciences at KS3 and within their specialism at KS4. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or main scale teacher to work within a friendly, well-established Science Department that achieves outstanding results through effective teamwork and collaboration. Highams Park School is a highly successful 11-18 comprehensive school serving its local community. In our most recent OFSTED inspection, the school was judged ‘good’ and our Sixth Form, comprising approximately 400 students, was judged to be 'outstanding'. At GCSE, we have a positive Progress 8 score, and our A Level results have been outstanding for 8 consecutive years. Highams Park School offers its staff the opportunity to work in a highly regarded environment, with dedicated and motivated colleagues and well-behaved, friendly students. The school provides comprehensive CPDL and is dedicated to staff wellbeing, ensuring that teachers have a manageable workload. Interviews will take place during the week of Monday 10th February.
