Scientific Automation Support Expert , to work on-site in Stevenage, on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the technical services support team, providing expert guidance on automation platforms, and ensuring seamless integration with laboratory operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with laboratory scientists to develop and implement cutting-edge automated solutions. Providing training and support for equipment users, to ensure optimal platform operation. Leveraging expertise to maintain and troubleshoot automation platforms, minimising downtime and maximising efficiency. Staying informed about the latest advancements in Laboratory Automation. Qualifications and Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in Engineering, Technical, or Sciences, with 3+ years of experience servicing laboratory equipment, or equivalent qualifications and experience. A salary of approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, reflects your value to our organisation.
