is responsible for ensuring Regulatory and Food law compliance including the provision of nutrition and allergen information to consumers and customers. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be: Providing expert regulatory direction to Marketing teams, particularly about product health claims and nutritional strategy to ensure in market compliance. Providing regulatory direction in the NPD process to ensure in market compliance of products developed by Global Innovation department and Regional/Country product launch project managers. Challenging non compliant ingredients and specifications. Identification of legislative and regulatory change across all markets that may impact ingredients, products, packaging, artwork or product labels and ensuring that the business is prepared to comply with changes. Influence key stakeholders to drive business changes required to ensure compliance. Supports and identifies opportunities for business compliance in future nutrition regulation globally where appropriate. Managing one direct report. Who you are It's your unique ingredients we're interested in: Expert Regulatory & Scientific affairs knowledge across at least 2 of the following Regions: UK, EU, MENA, Asia, US & Latin America. Detailed understanding of Allergen management in Supply Chain and Stores. Able to communicate complex technical requirements in simple terms. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in published data.
