What if… you could join an organization that creates, resources, and builds life sciences companies that invent breakthrough technologies to transform human health and sustainability? Company Summary: Quotient Therapeutics, Inc. is a privately held, early-stage company developing a novel genomics platform and therapeutics for diseases with a large unmet need. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to execute target validation experiments using in vitro model systems aimed to validate targets identified from Quotient platforms. Responsibilities: Tissue Dissociation and Cell Isolation:

Lead and perform tissue dissociation and primary cell isolation to obtain high-quality single-cell suspensions for downstream applications, ensuring consistency and viability. Flow Cytometry (FACS) and Cell Sorting:

Design, execute, and analyze flow cytometry experiments for cell phenotyping and functional analysis; conduct cell sorting to isolate specific immune cell populations with high purity and viability. CRISPR and Assay Development:

Design and implement CRISPR-based genome editing in human primary immune cells; develop, optimize, and validate in vitro and ex vivo assays, including overexpression, knockdown, and knockout studies, as well as cytokine profiling and functional assays. Laboratory Techniques:

Perform and apply laboratory techniques such as ELISA, qPCR, Western blotting, and primary cell culture, ensuring precision, reproducibility, and high-quality outcomes. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret scientific data accurately; maintain precise experimental records and contribute to the preparation of research articles, reports, and presentations. Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate results into broader research initiatives; assist in designing and implementing research protocols. Engage in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and future plans. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members to support their growth and ensure project success. Qualifications: PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline, with 1–3 years of industry experience (role level adjusted based on experience). Extensive hands-on experience in tissue dissociation, flow cytometry (FACS), and cell sorting, with proven ability to isolate and characterize immune cell populations from primary tissues. Solid foundation in immunology, with direct experience working with primary immune cells (T cells, B cells, macrophages) and conducting functional assays to evaluate immune responses. Skilled in developing and optimizing immunological assays for drug target validation, cytokine profiling, and immune function analysis. Strong expertise in experimental design, troubleshooting, and data interpretation, particularly related to immune system function and cellular responses. Proficient in genetic manipulation techniques (e.g., knockout, knockdown, and overexpression) and their application in immunological research. Experience with RNA-seq, CRISPR, lentivirus, and AAV transduction is highly desirable. Excellent data management and analysis skills, with a focus on maintaining meticulous experimental records. Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex immunological concepts to cross-functional teams. Thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments with exceptional attention to detail and reproducibility in experimental work. Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), industrial workflows, and proficiency in using Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN). Location:
