Scientist - Molecular Biology/Microbiology
I am looking for a Molecular Biologist/Microbiologist to join my client who is a Bristol-based biotech developing next-generation IVDs for bloodstream infections. This role will be lab-based and will play an important part in using microbiology, molecular biology, and genomics to progress their technology. What you'll be doing? You will be involved in working as part of the research team on both independent and collaborative work using molecular biology, microbiology, and genomics to improve and progress their IVDs and technology. What they are looking for? They are looking for someone who has a PhD (preferred) or MSc/BSc in Molecular Biology or Microbiology who has expertise in genomics, molecular biology, microbiology, or NGS. Experience working on IVDs or microfluidics would be advantageous. What you'll get in return for your experience? This role is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of up to £40,000 based in Bristol. What's next?
