The role also has responsibility for carrying out train dispatch ensuring services depart at the scheduled time. 35-hour week. Flexibility is essential to meet shift requirements as varied turns of duty involved including weekend working. The relief post will have a contractual commitment to work, when required by the company up to a maximum of 13 Sundays per calendar year.Reference salary £29,771 per annum, Training salary £22,147 per annum.Selection ProcessSelection process:
Candidates short-listed will be invited to attend an assessment centre. Following assessment successful candidates will be invited to attend a competency-based interview. The final stage for successful candidates will be a medical examination and drug & alcohol screening. Appointees must submit at least two satisfactory references, Disclosure Scotland clearance and complete a six-month probation period. Training initially involves a 2-day virtual induction Training Programme.Medical Fitness:
