Summary As a key member of the Operational Data department, the Script Investigation Team Leader role is to manage the Script Investigations team and ensure that all Script Investigation processes are completed in a timely manner so that all results are delivered accurately and on time for AQA and customers of AQA Assessment Services Ltd. Achieving high quality standards, managing processes, contact with customers, and maintaining agreed productivity schedules along with contributing to process improvement are all key aspects of the role. Activities Strong understanding of the processes of Script Investigation and a good understanding of the Packet Investigation process. Manage a team, ensuring the development and growth of team members through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Build exceptional relationships with our internal teams and external customers. Support in the monitoring and management of performance of the team against agreed service and performance standards in KPIs. Identify any issues with understanding or performance of duties within the team and resolve or escalate as appropriate. Actively partake in the continuous improvement process. Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of seasonal or new permanent staff to the team. Support the Script Investigation Manager & Reconciliation Manager by providing timely and accurate updates on the Script Investigation process. Work closely with the Packet Investigation Team Leader on planning and scheduling. Demonstrate flexibility by undertaking other responsibilities as business needs change.
