20 hours a week
working Tuesday and Thursday, meaning no nights, no weekends.
As a Scrub Nurse / Theatre Practitioner, you will be: Accountable for participating in all aspects of the Ophthalmic Surgical pathway. Providing excellent care to all patients. Providing skilled clinical and technical help as a member of the operating theatre team. Involved in peri-operative and post-operative care in the surgical and refractive suite of the hospital.
As a Scrub Nurse you will receive: An annual salary of up to £42,000 FT pro rata. Generous matched pension contributions. Generous annual leave. The ideal person for this role will: Be a Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner. Have a current NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions. Have previous experience in theatre, at least of one year. Have knowledge in private and operation settings.
