Scrum Master / Agile Coach Melbourne CBD 850 – $1000 a day inclusive Immediate start, 3-month contract, potential for more work Talenza are working with a client committed to driving an enterprise-wide transformation towards Agile ways of working. As part of this pivotal change, we are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team and facilitate their transition to Agile methodologies across the organisation. You will be an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record in leading large-scale Agile transformations. This is an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for up to 18 months of work, so we are looking for candidates who can quickly step in, make an impact, and guide teams through this crucial transition. Key Responsibilities : Agile Delivery :

Ensure the successful and timely delivery of Agile projects by driving accountability, overseeing sprint progress, and removing roadblocks that could delay outcomes. Agile Facilitation :

Lead and support cross-functional teams in adopting Agile methodologies, ensuring collaboration and continuous improvement. Enterprise Transformation :

Be a key player in moving teams and stakeholders towards Agile ways of working, embedding Agile ceremonies and practices across the organisation. Stakeholder Management :

Engage with leadership and team members to ensure alignment, communication, and buy-in for Agile principles. Problem-Solving :

Identify and remove any blockers that impede progress, enabling teams to deliver efficiently and effectively. Agile Coaching :

Provide coaching and training to teams and individuals, whether they are new to Agile or have more experience, ensuring a smooth and effective transition. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a transformative journey and help shape the future of how the organisation operates.
