opportunity; however, we expect you to be based in the UK and able to travel to our Birmingham office on occasions. Joining our team means the chance to work on projects that have a global impact, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Our Scrum Master will focus on: Facilitating and leading scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborating closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Identifying and removing impediments that may hinder the team's progress. Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve their goals. Reporting on team progress, challenges, and achievements to the Development Director and upper management. To be successful in this role you will require: Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years, preferably in a software development environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and management. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools. Experience with distributed scrum teams. Knowledge about the SAFe agile framework. Who is TrueCommerce?
