Are you an experienced Iteration Manager with a passion for Agile principles and team leadership? One of our valued clients is seeking a dynamic professional to guide high-performing teams, ensure seamless project delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organisation, and providing a clear vision for the product. You'll facilitate communication between external groups and the project team, ensuring Agile principles are upheld and the team remains focused on priorities. Key Responsibilities: Onboard and integrate project teams into the organisation. Facilitate communication and information exchange between teams and stakeholders. Coach teams to improve quality, predictability, flow, and velocity using Agile principles. Lead continuous delivery practices and instill a culture of quality. Manage iteration planning, ensuring work is delivered on time and within scope. Oversee budget administration, risk and issue tracking, scheduling, and reporting. Promote shared accountability and support the development of self-organising teams. Liaise with other teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth collaboration. Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders by ensuring work transparency and managing change effectively. Support team participation in Agile Release Train (ART) events. Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a refined and actionable backlog. Track and report key delivery metrics at the team level. Coach teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies. Proven experience in iteration planning, delivery management, and team coaching. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify and resolve blockers effectively. Experience in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Retail Banking experience is preferred. Familiarity with MS Power Platform is desirable but not mandatory.
