What you’ll do

Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) using various tools, such as the Program Kanban and other information radiators. Facilitate PI Planning readiness at squad level by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events. Facilitate the PI planning event at Squad Level. Summarize Team PI objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency. Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities. Facilitate periodic synchronization events, including the ART sync. Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary. Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets. Help manage risks and dependencies. Escalate and track impediments. Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks. Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle. Understand and operate within Lean Budgets and ensure adherence to Guardrails. Facilitate System Demos. Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops. Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices. Create an environment of mutual influence. Understand and empathize with others. Encourage and support the personal development of each individual and the development of teams. Coach people with powerful questions rather than use authority. Think beyond day-to-day activities; apply systems thinking. Support the teams’ commitments. Be open and appreciate openness in others.

Who you are

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to articulate complex issues simply and with impact. Emotionally intelligent with the ability to flex styles across a wide range of stakeholders at various levels within the organization. Excellent presentation skills. Strong organisation and leadership skills. Ability to coach and develop new Scrum Masters. Strong experience working on AGILE tooling such as Jira with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Azure DevOps. Leading SAFe. SAFe Scrum Master – Preferred. Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM or equivalent) Mandatory. Professional Scrum Master 2 (PSM or equivalent) Preferred. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. At least five years of experience in a mobile telecom’s operator.
