About the Role This position will be central to delivering change and guiding team development while working closely with the Dynamics 365 (D365) development team. You’ll help mentor and coach team members for their evolving roles, ensuring Agile practices are followed and fostering smooth delivery of business objectives. Your Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile events and ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies. Mentor and coach team members to elevate performance and engagement. Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and streamline delivery. Support the smooth implementation of new initiatives, including D365 Customer Insights module. Promote team development and continuous improvement in collaboration and efficiency. About You Essential Qualifications and Experience: 3-5 years as a Scrum Master (or similar role) with hands-on experience in Agile delivery. Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including experience facilitating Agile events. Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills. A background in Project Management or Business Analysis is a plus. Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira familiarity preferred. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. A proactive mindset, eager to mentor and enhance team collaboration. Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. What’s in It for You?
