Scrum Master (Contract) – Exciting Salesforce Implementation Programme

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global energy solutions provider that is at the forefront of the renewable energy transition. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-profile Salesforce implementation programme, working in a dynamic and fast-paced Agile environment.
The Role
As a Scrum Master, you’ll be the driving force behind Agile best practices, ensuring the smooth delivery of a Salesforce implementation programme. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and create an environment where teams can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Identify and remove blockers affecting team productivity
Support Azure DevOps setup and reporting for effective project tracking (must have Azure DevOps experience)
Act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Monitor team progress and drive continuous improvement
Use Agile metrics to track team performance and drive data-driven decisions
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, ideally within large-scale programmes
Strong experience working with Azure DevOps (JIRA alone is not sufficient)
Background in Salesforce or CRM implementation projects is highly desirable
Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is an advantage
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
