Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the organization's business intelligence systems and tools. Management of the Business Intelligence deliverables of SCUK projects, ensuring they are delivered in a timely, accurate and controlled manner. Data Warehouse ownership:
Ownership and management of all changes impacting the BI Data Warehouse. Data item level documentation kept up to date to provide a consolidated view of the fields in the data warehouse and their traceability. Testing and documentation captured centrally and to a high quality. Line Management:
Direct line management of SCUK BI Analysts participating in development activities. Prioritisation of work, setting and monitoring of objectives, performing quarterly and annual reviews, development of individuals, and delegation of activities within the team. Data Strategy:
Work with the rest of the data team to design and implement data initiatives which contribute to the SCUK data strategy and align to the overall company strategy. Adhering to our commitment to Consumer Duty ensuring we put our Customers’ needs first and set higher and clearer standards of consumer protection.
