EMEA Sales Development Representative Manager , you will be responsible for running and growing our team of sales development professionals in the EMEA region. This highly visible team plays a key role in our overall demand generation efforts, partnering closely with both our global marketing organization and our multi-segment sales organization. The sales development team is responsible for generating opportunities for the sales teams worldwide, using both inbound and outbound channels. We use a best-of-breed technology stack to drive our efforts. Our sales operations team is second to none, giving you the reporting and insights you need to succeed. This leadership role requires a dynamic, strategic leader who can partner closely with leaders in sales, marketing, and operations. We’re looking for someone who can define the vision for the team and empower them to achieve their goals professionally and personally while selling the industry’s leading SaaS solution in business travel. What You Will Do on a Typical Day: Develop and maintain an outbound prospecting strategy to consistently and predictably achieve organization targets and advise senior management on forecasted results. Partner with Global Marketing and Sales on campaign strategy and messaging to consistently deliver our ambitious growth targets. Synchronize with Sales Leaders across EMEA points of sale for targeted account engagement. Manage performance reporting, Salesforce dashboards, and actively streamline processes and systems. Sustain team performance by ensuring the team focuses on the activities needed to “win the week,” while continuously developing all team members and maintaining a high level of motivation. Support professional and technical knowledge needed to understand the corporate travel market, GBT Group's solution, and our competitors. Grow the Sales Development team by hiring and optimizing the onboarding process to increase time to productivity. Supervise inbound Sales queues, lead distribution, and other Market Response activities. What We´re Looking for: 4-7 years of experience in sales and people management. Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, and successful results-oriented team. High level of familiarity with territory development strategies and analysis. Experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in software-as-a-solution, service, or consulting industry. Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills. Fervent understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and strong change management skills. Data-driven business judgment. History of coordinating with peers in other teams for overall success of the organization. Ability to hire, onboard, and upskill new talent and identify opportunities for career growth within the organization. Location:
